How it works

You can work together with colleagues from various departments or other group entities anywhere in the world to jointly feed and maintain the record.
Visualize your data processings
dpify automatically visualizes your data processings and data flows in a number of charts, graphs and maps so that you can easily analyse them.
Report on your data processings
dpify allows you to swiftly report to your board of directors, management, colleagues and supervisory authorities about your data processings by creating tailor-made reports.
About dpify
dpify is a dynamic privacytech company located in the heart of the EU, composed of a team of driven and experienced software engineers.
On 25 May 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into force. It applies to all businesses and organisations established in the EU, as well as to businesses and organisations located outside the EU that provide products or services to people in the EU.
One of the new obligations under the GDPR is to maintain a record of data processing activities (Article 30). The sanction for not having such a record is an administrative fine of up to 10,000,000 EUR, or in the case of a business, up to 2 % of the total worldwide annual turnover of the preceding financial year, whichever is higher.
Obviously, businesses and organisations want to maintain such a record in an efficient way and with easy reporting possibilities.
To that end, dpify has developed a specific user-friendly web-based software tool to maintain such a record without getting a headache of difficult-to-handle Excel sheets. Excel is excellent for making calculations, but not for maintaining a record of data processing activities. “dpify” stands for data processing identify.
Our tool also provides added value by automatic visualisations and tailor-made reporting functionalities.
